Are Core features really free?+
Yes. Brands and creators keep using the core tools for their role without a subscription. Collaboration payments and other paid products are separate transactions shown before confirmation.
Where do the prices and benefits come from?+
Paid plans are read directly from the active catalog managed by Castify. This page does not assume a discount or advertise a capability that has not been configured for a plan.
When is a plan activated?+
After PayOS confirms a successful payment, Castify activates the subscription period and the immutable benefits captured when the order was created. You can then verify the status in your workspace.
What happens if I buy another plan while one is active?+
The next purchase is scheduled after the current period ends. Castify does not currently support immediate plan switching, prorating, or automatic refunds.
