Help for every step of a collaboration

Use these guides to understand the features currently available to Brands and Creators. For an account-specific issue, contact support from the email linked to your Castify account.

Account access

Public registration creates Influencer accounts. New Brands use Book Demo and a Castify invitation; existing accounts keep their role.

  • Influencers verify their email after registration. Brand invitation links verify the recipient email; legacy unverified Brands use the existing email-verification flow.
  • If you forget your password, use the password-reset flow and the OTP sent to your verified email address.
  • Brands enter the workspace after login without social verification or license uploads. Influencer onboarding and verification requirements remain unchanged.

Creator social connections

Creators use official read-only OAuth to verify ownership and access permitted statistics and insights. Brands can only view or delete historical connections.

  • Creators connect Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube through provider OAuth. Instagram uses direct Instagram Login; only Facebook requires Page selection.
  • Castify never asks for your social-platform password and cannot publish, edit, like, comment on, or delete provider content through the current permissions.
  • You can disconnect a saved social account from Castify; the system deletes stored credentials and requests provider revocation where possible.

For Brands

Brands can move from creator discovery to a structured campaign or direct collaboration scope request.

  • Create a campaign as a draft and publish it after all required public information is complete.
  • Review campaign applications or send a collaboration request from an eligible Creator's documented scope.
  • Use the collaboration workspace for messages, briefs, content review, deadlines, payment requests, and recorded workflow history.

For Creators

Creators can build a public profile, describe collaboration scopes, and manage opportunities in their workspace.

  • Complete the profile and connect supported social accounts to establish the signals required for relevant features.
  • Apply to published campaigns and withdraw an application only while it is still pending.
  • For a direct collaboration request, review the captured brief and terms, then accept or decline before the displayed response deadline.

Payments and records

Castify coordinates payment workflow and evidence between collaboration participants.

  • Creators can request payment at the supported workflow stage, and participants can follow the recorded status in the collaboration.
  • Bank details are masked in ordinary interfaces; always verify the recipient and amount before making an external transfer.
  • Unless a specific feature expressly says otherwise, Castify's payment record or VietQR instruction is not an escrow service or bank guarantee.
