Help for every step of a collaboration

Use these guides to understand the features currently available to Brands and Creators. For an account-specific issue, contact support from the email linked to your Castify account.

Account access and verification

Castify provides separate Brand and Creator workspaces after registration.

  • Create an account with the appropriate role and complete email verification before signing in.
  • If you forget your password, use the password-reset flow and the OTP sent to your verified email address.
  • Profile, identity, business, social, or bank verification may be required before higher-risk features become available.

Social account connections

Official connections are read-only and are used for ownership checks, profile display, and permitted account statistics.

  • TikTok, a selected Facebook Page, and YouTube connect through official OAuth; Instagram currently uses a code placed in the public bio.
  • Castify never asks for your social-platform password and cannot publish, edit, like, comment on, or delete provider content through the current permissions.
  • You can disconnect a saved social account from Castify; the system deletes stored credentials and asks the provider to revoke the grant.

For Brands

Brands can move from creator discovery to a structured campaign or direct package request.

  • Create a campaign as a draft and publish it after all required public information is complete.
  • Review campaign applications or send a direct request from an eligible Creator's listed package.
  • Use the collaboration workspace for messages, briefs, content review, deadlines, payment requests, and recorded workflow history.

For Creators

Creators can build a public profile, list packages, and manage opportunities in their workspace.

  • Complete the profile and connect supported social accounts to establish the signals required for relevant features.
  • Apply to published campaigns and withdraw an application only while it is still pending.
  • For a direct package request, review the captured brief and terms, then accept or decline before the displayed response deadline.

Payments and records

Castify coordinates payment workflow and evidence between collaboration participants.

  • Creators can request payment at the supported workflow stage, and participants can follow the recorded status in the collaboration.
  • Bank details are masked in ordinary interfaces; always verify the recipient and amount before making an external transfer.
  • Unless a specific feature expressly says otherwise, Castify's payment record or VietQR instruction is not an escrow service or bank guarantee.
